All fees for services will be outlined in a detailed proposal. A deposit is required before the commencement of work, with the balance due upon project completion. Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work may require a new agreement or additional fees. Clients may cancel their agreement with Moksh Interiors by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project.

6. Project Timeline

Moksh Interiors will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. While we strive to adhere to this schedule, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, plans, and materials created by Moksh Interiors are the intellectual property of [Company Name]. These materials may not be reproduced or used for any purpose other than the agreed-upon project without written consent.

8. Warranty and Liability

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Karnataka.

Moksh Interiors reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
