  • Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is received with physical damage. This includes visible damage to the item due to shipping or manufacturing defects.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Returns are not accepted for any other reasons, including change of mind, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with the product’s look or size unless it falls under the damage criteria.

2. How to File a Return or Refund Request

  • Report Damage: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Email Address] or [Phone Number]. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Return Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated by Moksh Living. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the reported damage.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and only the cost of the item will be refunded.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not damaged, used, or missing original packaging are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Customized or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are also non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged product and wish to replace it, please follow the return process, and a new order can be placed for the replacement item once the return is completed.
